The Board consists of three members

• Chairman Maurice Kleijnen

• Secretairy an financial expert Mark van den Broek.

• Vice Chairman Hub Kools, who is responcible for members administration

The Board is made up of volunteers that have experience from their proffessional life in those functions. We are an non-profit Foundation officially registerd at the chamber of commerce under nr. 41073111. This means that non of the board members getting paid and that their function request them to volunteer. Made costs of course will be paid for.

The board wil sit for a duration of 3 years before elections must be held to chose a new board. According to rules the board may be made up  of 3-5 persons.

The board will have regular meeting at least once each month, providing extrodinary circumstances

The foundations goal is to spread the Chinese Martial Arts by assisting, financial supporting en providing scholing and locations to spread this art. Including purchasing and maintanence of owned buildings and grounds. Lastly the teaching and education of its trainers/coaches to a higher level.

De stichting biedt trainingskleding en materialen aan leden tegen een gereduceerde prijs waarvan de winst in een spaarpotje beland. Dit spaarpotje dient om het doel van de stichting te kunnen realiseren.
