Philosophy
All year round training without rest. Even on the coldest days of winter or during the heat of summer.
Hard training and continue practice is the basis of the Shaolin Kung Fu.
The characteristics of Shaolin Kung Fu are:
"Not entirely curved or right, always running from the hip, forward and backward fighting.
The arm is not straight, but always bent back after the strike. "
No violence, no aggression, overcome yourself and know peace and compassion.
This is Shaolin Kungfu. | | | | | | | | | Trainings Rooster | Instructeurs | Functie | | | | | | Dojo Heerlen | | | | | | | | Kung-Fu (Beginners) | Hub Kools | Trainer | | Tuesday from 20.30 until 22.00 | Robert Erfling | Trainer | | Saturday from 10.00 until 11.30 | Roy Consten | Candidate Assistant trainer | | | | | | Kung-Fu (advanced) | | | | Tuesday from 19.00 until 20.30 | Maurice Kleijnen | Head Coach | | Saturday from 11.30 until 13.00 | Maurice Kleijnen | Head Coach | | | | | | Kung-Fu (Children) | | | | Monday from 18.00 until 19.00 | Maurice Kleijnen | Head Coach | | Wednesday from 18:00 until 19:00 | Remco van den Berg | Assistant trainer children | | | | | | Dojo Horst | | | | | | | | Monday from 19.30 until 21.00 | Jaap de Vogel | Trainer | | Thursday from 19.30 until 21.00 | | | | | | | | | | |
